Into The Skills is a platform that connects service providers (guides) with users (explorers). Every guide may have one or more experiences to offer at a specific price. We facilitate payment for every experience by collecting from an explorer and distributing it to a guide after the completion of the experience. the amount we distribute to the guide is less 20% (our 12% fee plus 8% NYS sales tax).
We also encourage on site reviews by explorers of their experience and guides of their explorers.
Release and indemnify
It is understood that the activities and experiences engaged by explorers with guides through this site may have varying degrees of risk. Some may involve walking outdoors, heavy farm equipment, animals, power tools, guns, flying, fishing on slippery rocks, boating, and any other number of potentially dangerous activities. Into The Skills makes no warrantee of safety for these activities and by engaging our terms of service both explorer and guide understand these the activities and experiences are undertaken at their own risk.
You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Into The Skills, and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, service providers (guides) and users (explorers) from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the platform.
You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Into The Skills, and its respective directors, officers, emploation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
